Marian Neumann

Hi. My name is Marian Neumann, a watercolor artist who will always be learning. I love watercolor mostly for its beautiful flowing color and portable ease. It’s so well suited to flowers and landscapes which I love but watercolor is great for portraits too.

Until I retired in 2001 from my job as a school secretary, I did not have the opportunity or time to indulge in art. I really got started taking classes when my husband, John, and I moved from Hillsboro, Oregon to Camas to be near our son and his family. That’s when I met other watercolor artists in SWWS and started classes at Clark Community College.

Thank you for visiting the SWWS website and getting acquainted with our members. Come join us at our workshops and shows.
