Elaine Pawski

Elaine holds a degree in Art from The New Jersey City University in Jersey City, NJ, and taught art in the school system for several years. She continued studying watercolor at the Ridgewood Art Institute in NJ. She also attended The Pioneer School of the Visual Arts in NH, where she attained an Advanced Certificate in Desktop Publishing and Graphic Arts from. She is a Graphic Designer, Illustrator and Photographer. She also enjoys working in colored pencils, and digital painting, but always returns to her love of the transparency and freshness of watercolor, enjoying the wetness, the runs and the splatter. Currently, she is an instructor at the Oregon School of Art, teaches workshops and enjoys giving talks and demos for art organizations.
